It's okay to not feel like yourself. It's okay to not know what the next step is in your healing journey. What you are feeling is real and it is possible to feel better!
Healing can happen in many different forms and therapy can be a great place to start. I commit to holding a compassionate space for you as you share your story and begin your healing.
Meet Lynette
I use a trauma focused lens to help you explore your pain, confusion, stagnation and discontentment.
I focus on resilience, grief-work, radical acceptance and tangible interventions to help you take control of your healing.
My Approach
Professionally, I have experience working in hospitals, residential treatment centers, the corrections environment, community mental health, and clients with extensive trauma backgrounds. Personally, I have experience with parent-loss as well as blended and mixed families. These different experiences have facilitated within me deep compassion, a non-judgemental outlook and a desire to help create more accessible and impactful means of healing for all people.
You have already taken the hard step of reaching out for help and I am glad you are here.
You don’t have to continue living in overwhelm and disregulation.
I can help you gain more control and a deeper understanding of your emotions so you can live the life you want to lead.
